Be sure to include your telephone number in the information section and after making your payment, come into Iconic Gym during business hours (M-F 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM), to finish your paperwork and obtain your 24hr access key fob or Bluetooth phone access for entry.
