Iconic Gym is the new training facility of Houston. Iconic is packed with the most effective high-end and exotic equipment sourced from all over - this gym is a dream.
Created, owned and operated by Frederick Hamilton II, Iconic Gym has been meticulously designed and configured to cater to the individual who is serious about their fitness training. Incredible machine variations and thoughtful placement of equipment makes Iconic Gym truly a one-of-a-kind facility.
A place where excellence starts with the first step in the door. It was created with the thought of the member, the athlete and the everyday person in mind. This gym is a who's who when it comes to these things, with a community of members connected by training, endless motivation and comradery. Obtaining Key Fob / 24hr. Access
After making your payment come into the Iconic Gym office during business hours (M-F 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM), to finish your paperwork and obtain your 24hr access key fob for entry.

I couldn’t think of a better owner of a gym than Fred. Clean, charismatic, and capable. Fred’s gym can be described as easy as that. It’s clean: You won’t find a more clean gym in the area. It’s charismatic: Iron weights, high quality surround sound, and a full length mirror wall gives you that old school feel with the perks of modern amenities. It’s capable: 24/7 member access, hand-picked equipment, and very friendly members. There’s everything you need to succeed here. Need a spot? I’ve seen Fred personally come out of his office while he was busy just to provide a spot. Overall, It’s a very inclusive gym with good vibes and great people. I highly recommend it!

Super clean and organized! energy was immaculate, no need for headphones at this gym the music was *chefs kiss* The owner Fred was super welcoming and friendly ☺️ So much equipment that helps target various muscles, there’s a machine for everything! Definitely not something you see in a ordinary gym. Definitely will be recommending others to this gym 💪🏽

Fred is the Owner / Manager of Iconic Gym.
In addition to being the face of Iconic and taking care of visitor access, current members, new members and Key FOB setup, Fred also oversees the general upkeep, repair and atmosphere of the gym, managing various vendors and contractors to make everything run smoothly.
Fred is also, a seasoned bodybuilding competitor and a wealth of knowledge, not only on the gym and equipment, but also training and technique in general.
